About the Opportunity:

Complete Tablet Solutions currently has an available full time position for an Account Executive to cover the Atlanta and adjacent markets.   This role is field based and reports to the VP of Sales in the CTS Austin headquarters.

  • Drive sales of Mobile Technology Solutions (Tablets, Routers, VOIP, Accessories) and Mobility Lifecycle Management Services to SMB and F1000 customers
  • Assess customer mobility needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Introduce CTS capabilities to Verizon sales offices and partner with Verizon territory reps to collaborate and co-sell to end user customers
  • Develop sales by following up on leads resulting from marketing and prospecting efforts
  • Determine product availability and pricing from distributor and manufacturer partners and generate quotes.
  • Maintain a professional business rapport with customers and Verizon reps
  • Represent the company by attending trade shows when applicable
  • Manage sales pipeline and activities through a CRM
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing and Operations teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of successful technology sales experience in a hunting, business-to-business technology sales environment preferably with a total solution sale
  • Product knowledge and interest in mobility hardware: iOS, Windows, Android
  • Experience working for an IT reseller or VAR
  • Knowledge of selling MDM / EMM solutions
  • Knowledge and experience selling Life Cycle Management & Depot services
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • High work ethic, energy, and passion
  • Self-motivated/self-starter with the ability to work independently and also apply teamwork across departments to accomplish goals
  • The ability to travel to meet potential customers
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite

Mobile Device Repair Technician - Austin, TX

Job Summary:

The Deployment Technician is responsible for providing installation, configuration, kitting, and shipping support for a variety of end user devices at CTS’s deployment depot in the North Austin Area.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Employees must abide by all CTS requirements including but not limited to sensitivity to cultural diversity, safety and security of physical environments, teamwork, respect for others, participation in ongoing education and training, communication and adherence to safety and quality programs.
  • Employee must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with CTS policies and procedures, must be able to help create, update, and follow instructions for deployment procedures for varying device types.
  • Provide regular deployments of end user devices that include desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and associated peripherals.
  • Hardware QC and quality grading as needed.
  • Install device images and all layered applications using SCCM or similar tools.
  • Perform additional device configurations as directed by CTS.
  • During refreshes, transfer end user data from the decommissioned device to the new device as directed by CTS policies where applicable.
  • Document all actions performed on CTS deployment checklists as required.
  • Coordinate with CTS management team to ensure proper disposal of retired hardware.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
  • Experience: Three (3) years of related work experience; experience in an IT environment preferable.
  • License/Certification: Apple preferred

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

These are the observable and measurable attributes and skills required to perform successfully the essential functions of the job and are generally demonstrated through qualifying experience, education, or license/certification.

  • Strong experience installing, troubleshooting, and supporting the following (or similar): Windows 7, Windows 8, and Mac operating systems, as well as common end user computing applications (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, VPN); HP, Dell, Tangent, and Apple desktop/laptop hardware systems; OEM certification or at least 3 years of documented service required on at least 2 of these hardware systems; Apple (iPad) and other common tablet computing devices.
  • MCSA Windows 7, MCSA Windows 8, and CompTIA A+ preferred.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills; ability to work with accuracy and minimal direction.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Work is performed while standing, sitting, and/or walking. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 75 pounds. Requires activities involving being in a warehouse environment and exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity.

CTS Mobility is an Apple authorized repair center seeking individuals who are motivated to meet new people, understand problems, investigate options, and help customers make well-informed decisions.

Most of our business involves our service department. As such, it requires computer technicians with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and an investigative nature.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assess incoming Apple and Samsung smartphones and tablets for repairs
  • Clearly and accurately document your service notes
  • Configure repair estimates for customers
  • Perform smartphone and tablet repair procedures
  • Offer a professional opinion regarding the value of a customer’s options
  • Help customers make well-informed decisions about their current technology
  • Keep the customer informed throughout the process, setting appropriate expectations
